THE PLACE TO STAY IN HOMER Hard to decide what was best about Juneberry Lodge: The views, the awesome breakfasts (thanks, Mannfried), or the accommodations. Oh wait, I know the best part: the hosts! Friendly and a wealth of information! The home is gorgeous, with the guest rooms on their own floor for privacy. The location is convenient to all things Homer and easy to get to from the main road. Whether it was a lazy morning in, or an early evening of reading and watching the ever-changing view, Juneberry Lodge was a great place to relax as well as a base of operations for our Alaska trip. Marcia’s recommendations all worked out wonderfully for us. An utterly unforgettable trip. We’ll be back!
